About us.
We're Oklahoma’s Long Term Care Authority.
LTCA was created to address the public interest
of long term care. Our research and policy analysis
has lead
to cost effective solutions to long term
care problems — promoting a better quality
of life through independent living at home.
Established in 1987, LTCA's mission is to create in partnership
with the state government and local communities comprehensive
health care by integrating personal, social
and medical needs and by reflecting the
values of our community and Members. A unique two-tier approach:
Agents of Change
We're people who make change, creatively.
The LTCA provides state agencies
with research, policy analysis, program
development, strategic planning and evaluation.
Authors of Care
We're people who take care, personally.
We implement programs, develop and provide
training and deliver administrative functions
such as service
authorization and complaint resolution.
In short, we’re the manpower
needed to make our strategic recommendations
realities.
